No, not me, but my grandfather.  Nonno.  A man with one of the most interesting stories I know.  Also, of course, a huge, very important part of my story.

Having grown up a military child, I came to meet many people, all of whom were crucial in shaping my life and my story.  Once I realized the importance of all of the people I interacted with (and continue to interact with), I became fascinated with the idea of personal stories and how overlapping stories are what combine to create the human experience. 

Human interaction is one of the most interesting and important things in the world to me. It is how we expand our perspective on the world and ourselves. It is how our stories are shared among each other (perhaps without even realizing it).

Whether it be through conversation or mere observation, I am constantly collecting stories of people that I encounter and adding them to my own. It's these people and their stories that inspire my work. Without them, life would be incredibly boring and pointless.

My style is drawn directly from my fine art background and interest in personal stories.  I have a very organic, reactionary approach to shooting portraits, events, and weddings, while my conceptual and commercial work is a bit more deliberate and planned.
